Abstract:
This presentation in the symposium will outline the evaluation framework employed in the project and its rationale. Findings from participant interviews relating to the efficacy, effectiveness and impact of the project modules will be presented and discussed.The rationale for, and description of the coding framework used to analyse participant written responses to vignettes will be provided along with findings from the analyses. Reasons for some early changes to the delivery of the project based on findings from formative evaluation information will be discussed. Implications for the future development of on-line resources and strategies designed to teach about reflective professional practice,derived from the project evaluation findings will be presented and discussed.
