AARE supports educational researchers to engage in ethically robust research.  

AARE Code of Ethics

The AARE Code of Ethics was adopted at the Annual Conference in 1993, and was later published in the Review of Australian Educational Research 4 (Ethics and Education Research - now out of print).  The code of ethics can be accessed here.

Annotated Bibliography

An annotated bibliography on ethics in educational research was prepared by Karen Halsaa on behalf of the AARE Ethics Committee in 1993, and can be accessed here.
