1.    All membership categories of AARE include one year membership fee to AARE, providing at least three issues on-line of The Australian Educational Researcher [journal], three issues AARE News [ newsletter], one Welcome to Membership Pack [of publications] and one entry to the next annual AARE Conference at AARE Member discount rates.

2.    The Retired Member category is intended for Members who retire from full-time employment; this category carries the full benefits of Ordinary Membership.

3.    The Overseas Member category is intended for residents of a country other than Australia, not living in Australia; this category carries the full benefits of Ordinary Membership.

4.    Student means a postgraduate research student or final-year honours student of a higher education institution [in Australia or Overseas] and not in full-time employment. Proof of status must be faxed to +61 3 5964 9586.

5.    GST TAX INVOICES will be issued for all payments. The AARE ABN is 27 453 170 042. Overseas membership rates, for people living outside of Australia, do not include GST as the membership is 'consumed' outside of Australia.

6.    All prices are stated in Australian Dollars [$AUD]. Payments must be made in Australian Dollars.

7.    AARE PREFERS MEMBERSHIP FEES TO BE MADE VIA THE SECURE WWW SERVICE. ESPECIALLY FOR ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. http://www.aare.edu.au/members/mem-form.htm

8.    AARE accepts Mastercard and Visa.
