AARE publishes the papers submitted at its annual conference electronically via the Internet and on request on computer disks. The collections have International Standard Serial Number CD version ISSN 1324-9320 -- WWW version ISSN 1324-9339 .
The abstracts of the papers are refereed by the conference committee. Based on the abstracts some papers are rejected and some other papers are required to be modified prior to acceptance for presentation. The papers are presented to a critical audience of peers and subject to discussion at the conference. Papers that are not presented are not permitted in the collection because they have not been exposed to peer comment at conference.
The papers are stored in hard-copy at ACER Cunningham Library and are available via Inter-Library Loan. ACER indexes the papers into the Australian Education Index [AEI] which ensures that the works are entered in the ERIC database as well as other bibliographic search tools world wide.
